Get Certified As An Exercise Program Design Specialist!

Exercise program design can be quite confusing. You have to have a deep understanding of human physiology, along with practical in the trenches experience of what actually works and what doesn’t, if you are to create effective exercise programs.

If you want to learn how the human body works, and how to design effective exercise programs to elicit the specific adaptations you want, then this is the course for you.

Not only will this course teach you exactly what to do, it will teach you the why behind it, along with how to actually coach a program in the real world.

The course is currently being built out, with a launch date projected for the first half of 2025. So if you are interested, then sign up for the email newsletter below to be kept up to date with the course and get early access and discounts.

The Unfortunate Reality

Unfortunately, most education resources out there to get certified to coach exercise are not actually fit for purpose. They do not teach you how to actually coach an exercise program.

This is very evident by the fact that the coaches who get certified are still left confused and unable to get results with their clients. There is a common saying that goes “those who can’t do, teach”. While this is not always the reality, and teachers are some of the most well intentioned and educated individuals, this statement is incredibly accurate in the exercise education field. They may be knowledgeable about exercise science, but they were not able to translate that into actionable knowledge for their clients. As a result, you learn exercise science, but not how to actually coach someone’s exercise.

We created our Exercise Program Design course to solve this issue. This course focuses on not only building up your foundational exercise programming knowledge, but it also teaches you how to implement that in the real world. Not just THEORY, but PRACTICE too.

What are the benefits of getting certified as an Exercise Program Design Specialist?

Completely Online Learning

The course material is all online, and thus you can learn wherever you are at your own pace. It is location independent and thus you aren’t constrained by only being able to learn from the education institutions in your area. We don’t do any “client retention” marketing strategies like drip feeding you content over weeks, you are free to learn at your own pace and you can access the content whenever you are ready. If you finish the entire course in 2 weeks or 2 years, it is entirely up to you, your schedule and other life commitments.

Real World Focused

Our course material is not just an expensive exercise physiology textbook. We have taken all of the latest evidence based information and tested it in the real world, and the course material is a reflection of all that we have learned on what works and what doesn’t work. All of the fluff and theoretical hypothesising is removed, and what you get is the refined product that will allow you to actually help someone with their exercise programming in real life. We always aim to show you how this information can be used in the real world with real people.

Time And Cost Effective

If you wanted to get qualified in exercise science by a university, you would be looking at a minimum of 3-4 years of study. Depending on where you live, this can end up costing between €20,000 and €100,000, and that doesn’t even include the living expenses incurred while going to university. At the end of all that, you still may not even have the expertise to actually coach people, as university courses are more concerned with teaching you foundational science, or how to perform exercise research and not how to coach. So you may end up needing to further up-skill and get certified by an organisation that actually teaches you how to coach your clients.  As our course is all online, you also are not restricted to the universities close to you, and you won’t have to commute or fit your job around your studies.

Earn More Money

As our course is focused on learning how to actually coach people and create more effective exercise programs, you will immediately improve your ability to produce results with your clients. This is a major selling point, as most coaches do not have a well equipped toolbox to help their clients with, and thus do not get great results. With the knowledge you learn on the course, you will be able to help more people, get better results and be able to make more money. Our course will show you how to get consistent results with your clients and allow you to stand out in a crowded market. You will become known as the person that is able to get phenomenal results with your clients by creating effective and tailored exercise programs.

Lifetime Access To The Course

You get lifetime access to the course content, which will continue to be updated with the latest exercise research and coaching best practices. This course shouldn’t be viewed as something you just get through once and then never look at again. No, the course should be viewed as a lifetime resource that you can continually come back to and learn the latest information on exercise program design and coaching. This massively increases the value of the course, as you are effectively getting a free exercise programming course update each year.

Money Back Guarantee

We know that paying for a course is a bit of a leap of faith, and as such, we offer a 30 day full refund policy. If you aren’t happy with the course within the first 30 days, all you need to do is send us an email at info@triagemethod.com and we will be more than happy to give you a refund. What Does The Course Entail?

How will you learn?

Our course material is delivered through an online learning management system. It is set up to maximise the learning experience and ensure you are assimilating the information into a cohesive framework that you can use to get results with your clients.

We utilise written, audio, video and visual content to ensure you fully grasp the topics being discussed, along with references and further reading for those that want to truly expand their knowledge and understanding of the topics being discussed.

What does the course cover?

The content covered in this course intends to provide you with the theoretical and practical knowledge to coach your clients toward better performance, body composition, and health. To achieve this, we cover the following primary topics:

Foundational Physiology

Effective program design starts with an understanding of human physiology. You can’t truly understand exercise program design if you don’t understand how the human body actually works.

Adaptations To Exercise

Having a deep understanding of the adaptations to exercise and what triggers those adaptations will allow you to create effective and tailored exercise programs, for multiple different client types and goals.

Exercise As A Tool

To design effective exercise programs, you have to know what tools you have available to you, and what those tools are best used for. Different types of exercise are better for different goals, and understanding this allows for better program design.

Program Design Variables

To design effective programs, you have to not only understand the principles, you have to actually understand what variables you can tweak to get the results you desire. This section walks you through these variables.

Coaching Practices

While we discuss coaching and how to put the information you learn in each lesson into practice, we have dedicated sections to actually talk you through how you coach someone through a program.

Applied Program Design

Understand how to actually apply everything you have learned to create effective programs for multiple goals and populations. Seeing everything put together in an applied context, really helps to solidify your knowledge.

Each of these subjects is further subdivided into multiple lessons, delving deep into the science that is necessary, and then zooming out to focus on what really matters for you and your clients. We very clearly discuss how to design programs and actually coach them, and this is not a science course that will overwhelm you with unnecessary depth. It is also not just surface-level soundbites like “it’s just calories that matter”. We zoom in and out as necessary, so you can get the best results with your clients.

Along with the content provided, you will receive supplementary support and guidance from course tutors. This is essential during your education. You need to ask questions, and you need to have them answered by those who have gone above and beyond in their pursuit of knowledge before you. That is what we are here for.

By the end of the course, you will be able to call yourself an Exercise Program Design Specialist and you will be able to count yourself among some of the most well-positioned individuals to impact people’s health. You will have the skills required to design effective programs for a variety of goals and deeply impact someone’s life for the better!

The course will likely be launching in early 2025, but in the meantime, you can put your name down on the waitlist to get notified when it launches, along with getting early access discounts!
