We also realise that a lot of people aren’t interested in a deep dive on the science, and instead just want actionable information. So, the podcast aims to provide a visual/auditory method of delivering actionable, real-world and results-producing content. The goal is to discuss all things health and fitness in a manner that everyone can understand and gain information from.
